An outdoor fireplace plan and design is kind of similar to that of your standard indoor fireplace. The one exception being that outdoor fireplaces won’t use dampers. By having a tall chimney, the major element of any fixed type outdoor fireplace, you will not have to fret about the smoke from the fire.
