		<description>If you look carefully, you can see that the Refill Tube (little black hose from Fill Valve) needs to be attached inside the Overflow Tube...Toilet will not flush correctly, unless Refill Tube is inside the Overflow Tube, instead of just putting water into the tank...</description>
